New Year's Resolution to Exercise?

Globe Library's Walk/Run Club

 The best incentive to get more exercise is to have a reliable workout partner or join a group; if your New Year's resolution is exercise and health - join Globe Public Library’s running/walking club on 5:00 p.m. outing Monday and Friday each week. Completely free, the supportive group is even open to  well-behaved and leashed dogs who join their people on evening outings, new members are welcome to join anytime. All ages and all fitness levels are welcome -- even walkers who use a walker! This is also a chance to experience our great city of Globe from ground level – walking or jogging streets you may never have walked or explored.  Globe Public Library invites you to join: each Mondays and/or Friday at 5:00. The library hosts other guided  exercise groups, too: Tuesday and Thursday chair aerobics at Noon; chair yoga Tuesday at 1:00, and regular yoga Thursday at 1:00.
