2nd Friday at Bullion Plaza Museum - Bob Zache and Local Mining History
Friday, January 9, 2026 (6:30 PM - 8:00 PM) (MST)
Description
Come enjoy an evening of local mining history as Bob Zache headlines the Bullion Plaza Museum’s "Second Friday" event on Friday, January 9, at Bullion Plaza Museum, starting at 6:30p.m.
Zache, who has been involved in the mining business "practically my whole life," will share his extensive knowledge and personal tales from decades in the industry.
Zache has amassed a wealth of information and numerous anecdotes from his career, which began as a boy working alongside his father. His presentation promises a unique, first-hand look into the rich mining history that shaped the Globe-Miami area and Arizona as a whole.
In an interactive twist, Zache is inviting community members to participate actively. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own tales, memories, and questions, making the evening a shared experience and a living archive of local heritage.
"We are thrilled to have Bob share his incredible experiences with the community," said a representative for the Bullion Plaza Museum. "His deep connection to the industry and the region makes him the perfect guide through our local history. It’s an evening for both learning and shared storytelling."
